My morning ritual of positive affirmations.

Here is how I feed my brain with #positivity, every morning!

Hey there, my Supers,

I hope you’re doing well, physically as well as mentally. Otherwise, good for you, you’re in the right place to fill yourself up again with hope and get your smile back!

I may have said it already but I'll say it again. Every morning, especially these days, I start the day with my personal YouTube playlist of #positive #affirmations.

To make that list, I’ve listened to and watched several videos from different YouTube channels, and I selected four of them. Then I ordered them in a playlist, that I named "Guided Meditation".

These four videos played one after the other make a total listening time of about one hour. An hour during which I awake slowly to a new day, during which I condition myself to have a beautiful day. An hour during which I choose to relax and get rid of the stress and anxiety, which sometimes overwhelm me as soon as I open my eyes.

It's all about mentally preparing myself for a good day, every day... so that I can live a mentally healthy, beautiful and meaningful life!

In order my morning routine not to last for hours, I listen to my personal selection of positive affirmations with either my headphones or my Bluetooth speaker. Thus, these positive affirmations follow me everywhere in the apartment. This allows me to have breakfast and get ready while listening. My actions and my movements are simply monitored in alignement with my listening.

I breathe in and out deeply and regularly during this time of listening. I inhale all the positive energy that I need, and I exhale all the negative energy that could pollute me and pollute the rest of the day. At the same time, I mentally scan my body for any spot where certain negative energies may have gathered, and I cleanse myself internally.

I demand these negative energies to dissolve and leave my body, wherever I spot them, with sentences of this kind:

"I bless you with love, I set you free and let you go." (Louise L. Hay) "I don't need you in my life. You can leave. Thank you." (Me, hihi!)

Of course, as I said before, the more the affirmations you choose will match you or will resonate with you, the more effective they will be for you and for your specific needs.


Set up a daily ritual of positive affirmations from today and you'll notice the change within you and in your life day by day within a few weeks only.

Then, share the idea and this post with someone around you who may need it or appreciate the benefits.

There is always time to do yourself good mentally. And it is still relevant to support each other morally!


Gentle reminder:

Positive affirmations are not magic formulas. They are very helpful but in no case do they replace psychotherapy performed with a mental health professional. If your mental state requires it or if you have the slightest doubt, dare to consult even once, just as you would for any other part of your body.
