You deserve better and you know it!

"If someone does not know how to appreciate your presence, offer them your absence."

I think you've heard this sentence (which is not from me) before somewhere.

Always be convinced that when a love story or friendship ends, that's because you deserve a better one!

Sometimes, the person you like doesn't even deserve your attention.

Keep in mind that the people who really love you will always love you. And, if despite all your efforts and all your attempts, some people still do not like you, then it is because they will never love you, no matter what you may say or do.

1. Ask yourself if you need these people in your life.

2. Ask yourself if they deserve your time, energy or love.

If the answer is "no" to every question, let them go. Even if it hurts your heart, in the moment.

Also know that you can perfectly love someone from afar!

This is better than allowing anyone to hurt you repeatedly.

As I often say:

Every road has two sides. Two people can therefore go in the same direction, without ever crossing each other's way.

3. Put on blinders to erase these people from your field of vision and continue on your way!

4. Make sure you keep them at bay or interact with them as little as possible. You will see that you will quickly feel lighter.

I say it again:

5. Focus on the people who love you and wish you well.

6. Focus on the people who have admiration for you and who regularly congratulate you.

7. Take care of your little heart and learn to pamper yourself. As if you were dating yourself!

The love in your heart is too precious to give to everyone or anyone.
